3232Virtual AND In-person Presentations Available
http://irgmn.org/update-1/
http://irgmn.org/update-1/#respondTue, 17 Dec 2019 09:08:41 +0000http://irgmn.org//?p=34Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IRG had postponed all in-person presentations. During this time, we continued to personalize each presentation to fit the learning needs of hosts and their students, whether in schools, houses of worship, or community education.
With the 2020 fall semester beginning, IRG is available for both virtual and in-person presentations depending on the unique needs of each classroom. We can accommodate virtual, hybrid, and in-person classrooms, and our speakers are available to supplement educators’ curriculums. To book a presentation, go through our “request a presentation” form and select “virtual/online presentation” from the options.

This year’s conference was fully virtual, but in the past, John has traveled to Ireland to speak about IRG and bridge building work in the United States.
John presented on “Community Building Through Interfaith Conversation” to an intimate and international group of engaged practitioners and community leaders.

http://irgmn.org/update-3/#respondTue, 17 Dec 2019 06:20:54 +0000http://irgmn.org//?p=1On November 19, IRG participated in the annual Give to the Max Day, a MN statewide giving campaign for nonprofits and charitable organizations. This was IRG’s second year participating in the event, and we were pleased to increase last year’s giving by three times.
This is a crucial time to give to IRG, as when we enter into 2021 we will need to continue our push for virtual presentations and trainings so that education about Islam and the authentic Muslim experience does not stop just because we no longer meet in person. If you’re still interested in giving to IRG, visit our donation page.
