“The greatest achievement, I believe it is what I mentioned a few times how\u00a0we have become so active in the community, teaching about Islam. I think that\u2019s\u00a0very, very important. And it has been a big achievement, I believe. I enjoy seeing\u00a0what IRG has done in Minnesota, being an organized group among us Muslims. But\u00a0also in a small, each masjid how they do, I know our masjid gets involved a lot with\u00a0the Jewish community and then other groups, other societies here in the Twin\u00a0Cities. So I think that\u2019s a big achievement.<\/p>\n

Because some communities, I believe, they stick too much to their own. I\u00a0believe in Minnesota we haven\u2019t done that. So we are learning from each other,\u00a0we\u2019re learning respect, we\u2019re learning to live together and at the same time\u00a0maintaining ourselves, not that we are changing Islam. So I believe that\u2019s something\u00a0very important, that we are very active, that we are very involved and that helps\u00a0the community.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
