“For me my challenge was myself, otherwise I have no challenge, because life is the way you\u00a0live. Life is challenge always but if you try to be good to your community wherever you live\u00a0the community you live into and also if you greet people even no good or bad on the street\u00a0you see them, \u201cHello,\u201d \u201cHi,\u201d you don\u2019t have no challenge. You have to challenge yourself\u00a0first.<\/p>\n

When we say community, the area you live and also the state you live, whether he is\u00a0Christian or he is Jew or whatever he is, whatever religion he carries, it doesn\u2019t matter. As\u00a0long as he is your community, he\u2019s human being, if he needs anything you have it, you have\u00a0to give charity, or if you don\u2019t have, you have to give your time to the communities. So we\u00a0don\u2019t look at it only one side. We have to look circle around our side area, circle around our\u00a0communities.<\/p>\n

Being Muslim in Minnesota, the Minnesotans for me, we\u2019re respected. I work with the\u00a0Jewish families and I have my spot to pray there two times or three times a day. They\u00a0respect my prayer time and also they respect me as a Muslim. I work for Men\u2019s Warehouse,\u00a0I tell them \u201cIf you hire me, I don\u2019t want to take anytime from your job, from you, but I have\u00a0to take my time, I have to pray.\u201d What time? This time and this time. According to when the\u00a0weather changes, the time changes. When time changes I will let you know, but know this\u00a0time, the time is this and this. Okay, this is your faith, pray. Then I pray and do my job. So\u00a0very respectful to me.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
